This 3 room apartment is located on the 3rd French floor without elevator of a 19th century building in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris near the Georges Pompidou Center. Close by the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and the Museum of Arts and Crafts.

It consists of a large living / dining room (with airconditionning) with a big corner sofa (turns into a sofa bed) and a fully equipped open kitchen. It's overlooking a quiet courtyard. Both bedrooms are facing a quiet street (double glazed windows).

The bathroom is very nice and has a comfortable bathtub. The toilets are separate with a window.
